*Exciting News for Kings Crossing Residents!*
We’re thrilled to announce that Kings Crossing Recreation Association is under new management!
Recently, the homeowners of Kings Crossing convened and voted in a temporary board to address urgent issues,
including the opening of the pool for the 2025 season. This temporary board will handle immediate concerns and, in 90 days,
we will hold another meeting to discuss the current board and allow homeowners to vote in new board members for a one-year term.
*Meet Your Current Board Members:*
*President:* Vincent Allen
*Vice President:* Jeff Calouro
*Treasurer:* Roni Jean Steele-Compton
*Secretary:* Stevie Clayman
*Communications Director:* Jami Calouro
Steven Haigh was elected by residents. He then stepped down and allowed Stevie Clayman
to be elected secretary by the board. We would like to thank Steven
for his efforts to get us this far and for his continued contributions, albeit in a less official capacity.
In just one week, our dedicated board members and several volunteers have achieved the following:
- Drained the pool
- Pressure washed the inside of the pool
- Cleared the grounds
- Begun working on the interior of the clubhouse
*Special thanks to our amazing volunteers:*
- Carol M.
- Summer G.
- Morgan R.
- Jessie C.
- Zac B.
- Michael H.
- Dean F.
- Nick Merrick @Merriclean for pressure washing services
- Jason W.
- Christine A.
The new board is actively engaged in discussions about the future of our pool and community,
including common areas such as the open fields, wooded trails, tennis court, and clubhouse.
Our efforts are extensive and ongoing to achieve our vision,
which includes some truly remarkable and ambitious ideas!
We will announce the pool opening date soon,
and you can sign up for your membership then!
Stay tuned for more information about our opening and updates
on how you can contribute to making this an incredible season!
